The smallest Fiat Professional van is now available for purchase. The latest version of Doblo comes with a petrol engine and two diesel engines and is entirely electric.
In just only a couple of weeks, Fiat Professional has thoroughly revamped its line of light commercial cars. Following the launch of the brand new Scudo (clone that is a clone of Citroen Jumpy, Peugeot Expert, Opel Vivaro, and Toyota Proace) in the small van market and the Italian manufacturer is now completing its line-up starting below with the introduction of a new model of the Doble van. O.
A quasi-compliant version from the Citroen Berlingo Van, Peugeot Partner, Opel Combo, and Toyota Proace City can be purchased with two lengths (M: 4.40 and XL: 4.60 meters) and two different configurations (van or crew cabin). The latest model offers an optimum payload between 600 to 800 kg depending on the variant that you choose, and a sufficient volume that fluctuates from 3.3 as well to 4.4 m3 depending on whether you opt for the “ModuWork” “ModuWork” option that allows that the seating position to be elevated. In addition, passengers can carry long objects like pipes.
Petrol, diesel, or 100% electric
The engine, the most current engine is Fiat Professional. Fiat Professional range is not an original model. It can recover the entire line of engines from its siblings. The range of machines is made possible with the 3-cylinder 1.2 l PureTech 110 BHP petrol engine, which comes with a manual or automated gearbox. Diesel enthusiasts can choose between the 100 horsepower 1.5 L BlueHDi four-cylinder with a manual transmission or the 130 horsepower 1.5 l BlueHDi, which is also available with an automated or manual gearbox.
Professionals who anticipate the implementation of zones that are low-emission (ZFE) or who operate in urban areas can opt for the zero-emission model E-Doblo equipped with a 100 kW (136 horsepower) electric motor that is connected to a battery with 50 kWh, enabling it to travel for up to 285 kilometers following the WLTP mixed cycle spanning two charges. Fast charging via direct current with up to 100kW power, the vehicle can recharge the battery’s 80% capacity within 30 minutes, as per its Italian manufacturer.
