We start the detox that lasts around three days or so, eating raw, live food and fruit,” explained Wesley.

Breakfast
200 ml of green juice
½ slice of papaya

1 cup of fruit salad
1 col. golden flaxseed soup

Lunch
Raw green salad
1 plate of steamed vegetables
1 serving of 100 g of grilled or roasted fish or chicken fillet

200 ml pineapple juice with mint

1 slice of melon
1 slice of watermelon

100 ml unsweetened or unsweetened soy milk

Dinner
1 deep plate of vegetable soup with lentils or chickpeas

Preparation: Blend everything in a blender, add more water if necessary. Try to drink it without straining, but if you can’t do it well, it will still have very beneficial effects on your health. Drink whatever the recipe yields.

½ bunch of Swiss chard;

½ bunch of endive;

½ bunch of spinach;

½ bunch of parsley;

½ bunch of cabbage;

½ cauliflower;

1 chayote;

1 beetroot;

¼ red cabbage;

200 g cooked lentils or chickpeas

1 minced garlic clove;

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil;

1 liter of water;

2 teaspoons of salt;

Natural seasonings to taste;

A little oregano and rosemary.

Preparation mode: Cook the lentils or chickpeas – decide if you are going to leave them with or without the house – it is more nutritious with the shell – set aside.

In a pan put the oil and sauté the minced garlic. Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil, then add all the ingredients and mix well. Let it cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat. When the vegetables are soft, add the lentils or chickpeas that have already been cooked and let them harmonize, turn off the heat and add the natural seasonings. Wait for the soup to cool and blend everything in the blender and serve, sprinkling oregano and rosemary to taste. If you prefer with pieces, just don’t beat everything, beat a small amount and add to the recipe to make the broth more creamy.
