Juice recipe to cleanse the intestines

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger juice
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ cup of warm water

Way of preparing:

Put water in a pan and bring it to a boil, taking care not to let it boil. When it’s warm, pour it into a glass. Then add the sea salt and stir. Then add the apple juice, ginger juice and fresh lemon juice. Mix well.

You can drink this juice right when you get up in the morning, still on an empty stomach, repeating the dose just before lunch and in the middle of the afternoon.
